About Otanya M. Clarke

Otanya Clarke is the founding and managing partner of Clarke Law, LLC, a boutique criminal defense and domestic relations firm in Atlanta, Georgia.

Attorney Clarke has zealously advocated and provided trusted counsel for clients including educators, attorneys, music label and management executives, and entertainers. Otanya has represented Grammy Award winners. She was also a valued and highly visible member of Adrienne Hickson’s defense team during Ms. Hickson’s murder trial, which was featured on Oxygen’s Snapped. Otanya is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. She is also affiliated with Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys, and she is a member of New Life Presbyterian Church.

Attorney Clarke graduated cum laude from North Carolina Central University School of Law. Her honors include serving as a member of the law journal and receiving the Thurgood Marshall Scholarship.

About Moranne O. Clarke

Attorney Moranne Clarke is an Atlanta native practicing civil litigation and family law as an Attorney with the law offices of Clarke Law, LLC.

Prior to her recent position, Moranne served as a Contract Attorney with the law offices of Dwight L. Thomas P.C. in Atlanta. Moranne has also managed publicity efforts for CNN, and Best Buy, Inc. and coordinated media coverage for the Atlanta Hawks.

Moranne graduated from Howard University School of Law with a J.D., and earned her B.A., magna cum laude, from Hampton University. At Howard, Moranne received numerous honors as a Merit Fellow and dual CALI Award recipient. As a committed member of the legal profession, Moranne has served as a judge for the National Black Law Student’s Association’s Thurgood Marshall Mock Trial Competition and she continues to work as a Volunteer Attorney with the Truancy Intervention Project, Inc. and the Probono Partnership of Atlanta.
